HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Key Requirements
- Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 10 years of practical, hands-on experience at a senior level.
- Must be aged 45 years and above.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration Manager: Oversee administrative functions and operations.
- Chief Security Officer: Manage approximately 125 security personnel across multiple operational levels.
- Human Resource Manager: Lead human resource functions and provide experienced, hands-on senior-level HR leadership.
