Share your unique User ID with friends, colleagues, and family members who are looking for jobs or hiring talent — and earn a 15% commission on every payment they make on Nyasa Jobs.
How It Works
- Enroll — Register for the Earn Makwacha program from your dashboard.
- Share Your Referral ID — Share your unique User ID with friends, colleagues, and family members.
- Earn 15% Commission — When someone you refer makes any payment on Nyasa Jobs, you earn 15% instantly. Commission applies to all products, for life.
- Track Your Earnings — Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly earnings in real-time on your dashboard.
- Monthly Rollover — On the 1st of each month, your monthly earnings automatically roll over to Total Earnings.
- Set Payment Amount — Between the 1st and 4th of each month, if your Total Earnings ≥ MK50,000, you can set the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Get Paid — Payments are processed on the 5th of each month via your preferred payment method.
Earnings Cycle
| Period | What Happens |

| During the month | Commissions accumulate in "This Month". Total Earnings shows previous month's rolled-over amount. |
| 1st of next month | Monthly earnings roll over to Total Earnings. Monthly resets to zero. |
| 1st – 4th | Set your desired payment amount (if Total Earnings ≥ MK50,000). |
| 5th | Admin processes payments via your chosen payment channel. |
| After payment | Total Earnings balance updated. Remaining balance carries forward. |

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility. Any registered Nyasa Jobs user can enroll.
2. Commission Rate. Affiliates earn 15% of every payment made by their referrals on all Nyasa Jobs products, for life.
3. Referral Link. Affiliates share their unique User ID. New users enter this ID during registration or at checkout.
4. Lifetime Commission. Commission is earned for life — every payment by a referred user generates commission, including renewals.
5. Payment Threshold. Minimum MK50,000 in Total Earnings required for payment. If not reached, earnings carry forward.
6. Monthly Rollover. Monthly earnings roll over to Total Earnings on the 1st of each month. Monthly resets to zero.
7. Payment Schedule. Payments initiated on the 5th. Affiliates can set a custom amount between the 1st and 4th. Default is MK50,000.
8. Custom Payment Amount. Affiliates can withdraw any amount ≥ MK50,000 and ≤ Total Earnings. Amount locked after the 4th.
9. Payment Method. One method at a time: Bank Transfer, Airtel Money, or TNM Mpamba. Changeable anytime.
10. No Self-Referral. Self-referrals do not generate commission.
11. No Spam. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.
12. Account Deletion. Deleted referred users disappear from referral list but commissions remain credited. Deleted affiliates stop earning new commissions.
13. Program Changes. Nyasa Jobs reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
14. Termination. Earned commissions up to termination date will be paid out.
15. Tax. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
16. Acceptance. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
