KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Chef
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen.
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food safety standards.
- Culinary certification will be an added advantage.
- Bartender
- Previous experience in bartending.
- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Housekeeper
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or lodge.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Waitress
- Previous experience in food service or customer service.
- Good communication and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented personality.
KEY DUTIES
Chef
- Prepare high-quality meals with creativity and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage food inventory and supervise kitchen staff.
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and ensure proper stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Housekeeper
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Arrange guest amenities and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
Waitress
- Greet and serve customers professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Keep the dining area clean and well-organized.
