Nthawi Woodworks is looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Assistant for (Remote) to join our growing team.
POSITION: SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Kameza, Blantyre (Remote)
We’re looking for someone who can help us make sure no serious customer inquiry goes cold.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Following up on customer inquiries and leads
- Calling and communicating with prospective customers
- Helping convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Following up on deposits and outstanding balances
- Keeping accurate records of leads, orders and completed sales
- Promoting our products through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and relevant online groups
- Reaching out to potential individual and corporate customers
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is confident, organised, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers. You should have excellent spoken and written English, good telephone etiquette and the ability to follow through until a sale is closed.
- Because this is a remote position, you must have your own laptop, good smartphone and reliable internet connection.
- Experience in sales, customer service or marketing is an advantage, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right attitude, communication skills and hunger to sell.
- Earning structure: Retainer + Commission + Performance Incentives
