Key Requirements
- Proven
restaurant and bar experience with relevant hospitality training. - Friendly,

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee
daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service. - Lead,

high standards of food and beverage service. - Manage
stock control, ordering, and inventory. - Handle
guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. - Ensure
compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Assist
in training and developing staff. - Contribute
to the lodge’s management team and overall success.
