RECRUITING AGENT

TEEM Development Centre College is inviting applications
from dynamic, motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team
as Recruitment Agents across all districts of Malawi.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Commission-Based

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Recruit
    and assist prospective students to enrol at TEEM Development Centre
    College.
  2. Promote
    the College’s programmes within your district and surrounding communities.
  3. Identify
    potential students and provide accurate information about available
    programmes, entry requirements and admissions.
  4. Conduct
    outreach activities in schools, communities, workplaces and other suitable
    locations.
  5. Build
    and maintain relationships with prospective students and community
    networks.
  6. Follow
    up with prospective students and support them throughout the application
    process.
  7. Submit
    regular recruitment reports to the College.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

a) Have at least a MSCE certificate; a certificate, diploma
in Marketing, Business, Education, Social Sciences or a related field will be
an added advantage.

b) Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

c) Be confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.

d) Have good knowledge of their local community and
surrounding areas.

e) Be able to work independently and meet recruitment
targets.

f) Have access to a smartphone and be able to use social
media and digital communication platforms.

g) Previous experience in sales, marketing, student
recruitment or community mobilisation will be an added advantage.
