Job Title: Digital Operations Officer
The GEMS Group is looking for a young professional to join its growing team as a Digital Operations Officer, based in Blantyre.
The position will support the day-to-day management of GEMS’ digital systems, technology assets, IT support, digital security, media platforms and related operational systems. The role combines practical IT support with responsibility for computers and networks, user access, backups, technology assets, digital records, websites, media content and cybersecurity awareness.
The Officer will also support the development of GEMS ReBoot, GEMS’ growing technology repair, refurbishment and circular-economy initiative.
