- Position: COOK (GRADE Q)
- Reports to: CATERING SUPERVISOR
- Location: EKWENDENI
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should at least be a holder of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- At least 3 years of experience in a busy environment
- Ready to work Odd shifts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and required quality standards
- Maintain high standards Of food hygiene safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food supplies, manage stock and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food to prevent contamination and spoilage.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and perform other duties as assigned by management.
