New Yolanda Liquor/Bottle Store, Chitipi, Mchinji Road, is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
1. MANAGER
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience: 3 years in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Age: 25-40 years.
Skills:
- Leadership and management
- Communication and customer service
- Inventory management and budgeting
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverages
2. BARTENDER (2)
- Education: MSCE, with a certificate in Hospitality and Beverage or Mixology (added advantage)
- Experience: 3 years in a similar role
- Age: 20-40 years
- Certifications: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or Mixology courses (added advantage)
Skills:
- Good communication and customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of drinks (cocktails, beers, etc.)
3. CHEF
- Education: Certificate in Catering and Hospitality
- Experience: 3 years in a similar role
- Age: 20-40 years
Skills:
- Cooking and food preparation
- Menu planning and inventory management
- Teamwork and communication
4. WAITRESS (5)
- Education: MSCE, with a certificate in Catering and Hospitality (added advantage)
- Experience: 3 years in a similar role
- Age: 20-40 years
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly and attentive demeanor
5. SECURITY/BOTTLE CORRECTORS OR BOUNCER (1)
- Education: MSCE
- Experience: 3 years in a security role
- Age: 25-40 years
Skills:
- Physical fitness and strength
- Ability to handle confrontations
- Good communication skills
6. CLEANER
- Education: he or she should know to communicate in English
- Experience: 1 year in a cleaning role
- Age: 20-40 years
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
