VACANCY
Shop Manager and Shop Assistant
Main Duties:
- Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
- Selling agro-inputs and related goods
- Managing sales records and issuing receipts
- Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and organized
- Reporting low stock and customer needs to supervisors
Minimum Requirements:
- MSCE (required) or Higher (added advantage)
- Experience/qualification in sales or agro-inputs is an advantage
- Strong communication and fundamental math skills
- Must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused
- Familiarity with MCHINJI
