CAREER OPPORTUNITIES:
Progressive Research and Marketing Masters, a leading marketing consultancy in Malawi established in 2015, is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team in Lilongwe for the following project-based positions:
RESEARCH TEAM LEADER (Lilongwe, Project Based)
The successful candidate must be a results-oriented professional of high integrity responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Research Interviewers
- Quality Control & Back Checks: Conduct systematic back checks to verify the authenticity and accuracy of completed interviews
- Data Integrity: Perform spot checks and audio monitoring to ensure strict adherence to ethical standards
- Performance Tracking: Manage daily targets and provide project updates to Management
- Training: Brief the team on project methodologies and provide ongoing coaching
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Integrity: Must demonstrate unquestionable professional integrity and a commitment to honest reporting
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a call center or market research environment, specifically in quality assurance and back-checking
- Languages: Full professional fluency in Chichewa and English
