CAREER OPPORTUNITIES:
Progressive Research and Marketing Masters, a leading marketing consultancy in Malawi established in 2015, is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team in Lilongwe for the following project-based positions:
RESEARCH INTERVIEWERS (Lilongwe, Project Based)
We are looking for energetic individuals to provide high-quality data through professional telephone interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Interviews: Perform professional telephone surveys in Chichewa and English
- Data Collection: Record and transcribe responses accurately into research databases
- Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy and maintain strict ethical standards
- Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to the Team Leader
- Translation: Assist in questionnaire translation when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Banking, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Willing to work over weekends and public holidays
- Languages: Full professional fluency in Chichewa and English
- Nationality: Malawian
