SEALED BIDS- LANDSCAPING SERVICES

Protea Hotels by Marriott – Blantyre Ryalls invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of professional landscaping and garden maintenance services.

Scope of Services

• Lawn mowing and general garden maintenance
• Hedge trimming, pruning and weeding
• Planting and maintenance of flowers, shrubs and trees
• Outdoor cleaning and landscaping upkeep
• Irrigation and seasonal garden care.

Eligibility

Interested bidders must have:

• Proven experience in landscaping services (preferably hotels/commercial properties)
• Adequate equipment, tools and personnel
• Valid business registration and Tax compliance
• At least three traceable references.

Mandatory Site Visit

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on 29th May, 2026 at 10 AM at Protea Hotels by Marriott- Blantyre Ryalls

Submission
