Mzuzu City Council with funding from Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has budgeted funds and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the eligible payments for Construction and Rehabilitation of various infrastructure systems in Mzuzu City. Mzuzu City Council therefore, invites sealed bids from Eligible Contractors with valid Mzuzu business license and registered with CIRA in the relevant categories for the procurement of the following;

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets (PPDA) Act, 2017 and Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations (2020) of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all eligible contractors registered with CIRA and Mzuzu City Council.

Eligible bidders may inspect the bidding documents on the Malawi National Electronic Procurement (MANEPS) platform from 4th June, 2026 at 9:00AM.

Bid must be downloaded and submitted through the portal from 4th June 2026 to 11th June 2026.

Mandatory site visit will be held as follows:
