PSI Branch office in Malawi invites quotations from eligible bidders/ individuals for the provision of motor vehicle services on framework agreement for the following Lots:

| 1 | Saloon – 5-seater |
| 2 | Double cab – 4×4, 5-seater with canopy and roof rack |
| 3 | Station Wagon – 4×4, 8 – 10-seater with roof rack |
| 4 | Station Wagon – 4×4, 10 – 13-seater with roof rack |
| 5 | Minibus – 15 – 18-seater |
| 6 | Minibus – 26 – 32-seater |
| 7 | Van – 3-4 ton |
- The Bidders are requested to offer flat rates per day that includes the cost of driver, insurance and Taxes.
- Passenger carrier vehicles must have Public (red) registration number plates and registered for hire.
- The vehicles must be in good condition and with valid Certificate of fitness (COF) and insurance.
- Every vehicle must have copy of vehicle registration certificate.

- Signed Declaration of Undertaking
- Business registration documents
