QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED EXERCISE BOOKS

Good Neighbors International – Malawi (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development organization with General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). GNI implements various community development projects in Malawi, focusing on Health, Education, Water and Sanitation, Agriculture, and Social Welfare, including children’s rights advocacy and emergency response. GNI Malawi invites eligible and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of branded exercise books as specified below:

1.0 SCOPE OF GOODS

The bid is for the supply of the following categories: –

2.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested suppliers wishing to be considered for the bidding process should submit the following requirements in their proposals:

1. Company Profile – including legal name, physical address (postal, email, phone) and contact details.
2. Valid Business Registration Certificate- Registration documents; copies of business registration certificates and licenses Issued by relevant authorities.
3. Tax Compliance Certificate – proof of compliance with relevant regulations including MRA and PPDA if applicable.
4. Previous Experience – List of similar supplies completed in the past three years, with references.
5. Financial Proposal – Clearly stating unit prices, total cost, and terms of payment.
6. Financial capability evidence; attach audited financial statements for the recent 3 years, stamped bank statements and a proof of valid bank confirmation letter.
7. Technical Proposal – Indicating material specifications, delivery schedule, and any additional information.
8. Samples – Suppliers must provide sample uniforms and exercise books for quality assessment.
9. Litigation history- detailed history of any legal proceedings for the past three years.

3.0 FRAUD AND CORRUPTION

Good Neighbors International (GNI) Malawi maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud and corruption. We require all suppliers and partners to adhere to the highest ethical standards and conduct their business activities with transparency. Any form of corruption, bribery, theft, misappropriation, or other fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. Violations of our fraud and corruption policy will lead to immediate disqualification from the bid analysis- process, potential termination of contracts, and legal action, based on the severity of the misconduct
