REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) THIRD PARTY WAREHOUSING AND DELIVERY LOGISTICS SERVICES

Standard Bank PLC invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced service providers capable of managing end to end logistics operations, including secure warehousing, stock control, order processing, and delivery, with system integration capabilities.

1. Scope of Services
The selected service provider will be required to deliver the following:

1.1 Warehousing & Inventory Management

• Secure warehousing facilities within Lilongwe, Malawi
• Stock receiving, storage, handling, and inventory control
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based order and stock management system with API integration capability.
• Real time order and stock status updates.

1.2 Delivery & Courier Services

• Door to door delivery services across designated locations in Malawi
• Courier services integrated via API to enable tracking and status updates.

1.3 Technical Integration Requirements
The service provider must demonstrate the ability to integrate seamlessly with an external e-commerce platform.

2. Vendor Qualifications

Submission requirements:

• A proposal write-up
• Company Profile
• Copy of the MEMARTS
• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Copy of VAT certificate
• Account Details: account name, account bank, account branch and account number
• List of Directors
• IDs of the Directors
• References of organisations where such a service has been rendered.
