PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE FAULTS DIAGNOSTICS, PARTS SUPPLY, AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE TRUCKS FOR BAKILI MULUZI AND KAMUZU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS

1. Airport Developments Limited (ADL) is a statutory body wholly owned by the Government of Malawi.
ADL was incorporated as public Limited liability company and charged with the responsibility of operating all public Airports in Malawi. Now, Airport Developments Limited (ADL) would like to use part of its budgeted funds to for the procurement of motor vehicle inspection and repair services for the fault diagnostics, parts supply, and maintenance of its IVECO FIRE TRUCKS (5) at Bakili Muluzi and Kamuzu International Airports.

2. The Chairperson of the Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the eligibility criteria in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document to submit sealed Proposals.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets (PPDA) Act, 2025 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2020 of the Republic of Malawi. A detailed bidder qualification requirements and evaluation criteria can be found in the RFP Document.

4. Mandatory Site Visits and Pre-Bid Meeting will be held both in Blantyre and Lilongwe as follows:

• Blantyre: Dates: 17 and 18 June 2026 from 10:00am, at Bakili Muluzi (Chileka) International Airport
• Lilongwe: Dates: 19 and 20 June 2026 from 10:00am, at Kamuzu International Airport

5. A complete set of the Request for Proposal document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10, 000.00 only. The method of payment will be bank deposit to the following Bank account details:

6. The bidding documents can be collected upon issuing the deposit slip at the address below from 15th June, 2026 between 8.30am to 4.00pm:
