REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): DEVELOPMENT, HOSTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SUNBIRD TOURISM PLC WEBSITE
Sunbird Tourism PLC is looking for a qualified web development firm to design, develop, and commission a modern corporate website for its chain of nine hotels. The project focuses on creating a responsive, customer-centric platform with integrated booking and payment systems.
Key Project Scope
- Design & Development: A professional, mobile-responsive website aligned with Sunbird’s corporate identity.
- System Integration: Real-time availability through hotel channel manager integration and secure online payment gateways.
- Content Management: An easy-to-use CMS for staff to update promotions, news, and media.
- Hosting & Security: Secure hosting with SSL certification and high uptime availability.
Vendor Requirements
Interested firms must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel booking websites.
