Brief Summary of the Project

Blantyre City Council (BCC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOls) from eligible bidders for pre-qualification to partner in the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of an Automated Vehicle Parking Management System (AVPMS) in Blantyre’s Central Business District comprised of Limbe and Blantyre open parking zones.

Scope of Services

The scope of services will broadly encompass the development, implementation and operation of Automated Vehicle Parking Management System in Blantyre City under a PPP arrangement. To achieve the stated objectives, the private partner shall design and deploy an automated vehicle parking management system comprising both software and hardware components aligned with municipal laws and regulatory requirements
