EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of Van Transportation Services for Bicycles Delivering to Schools and District Councils Across Malawi

Buffalo Bicycles Mlw Limited is implementing a programme to distribute bicycles to secondary schools and District Council offices across all regions of Malawi. To support this initiative, we invite suitably qualified transport service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of dedicated van transportation services to carry and deliver bicycles safely to their final destinations.

OUR DELIVERY MISSION

Buffalo Bicycles Miw Limited will be delivering bicycles directly to schools and District Councils across all 28 districts of Malawi, including remote and rural areas. We require a transport partner who can support these deliveries reliably and on schedule.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED

• Transportation and delivery of bicycles from our Lilongwe and Blantyre warehouses to schools and District Council offices
• Coverage across all districts in Northern, Central, and Southern Regions of Malawi
• Safe loading, securing, and offloading of bicycles without damage at each delivery point
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate phased distributions and event-based deliveries
• Timely communication and reporting on delivery progress to Buffalo Bicycles Mlw Limited

WHO MAY APPLY

• Owners of roadworthy vans with capacity to carry multiple bicycles per trip
• Transport companies, cooperatives, or individual operators registered in Malawi
• Applicants with valid vehicle registration, road license, and insurance
• Those with experience in goods delivery across districts, including remote areas
• Applicants able to cover multiple districts or willing to partner for full national coverage

company/individual profile, vehicle details (make, model, year, registration, capacity), copies of valid registration and insurance, indicative pricing, and at least two references from prior transport work.
