Background
World Vision (WV) is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision started its operations in Malawi in 1982 and had over the years worked in a number of communities with an overall aim of improving the well-being of children through development program approach.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate of incorporation
- Valid MRA Tax clearance certificate
- Proof of past experience on supply of similar items
- Proof of financial capacity
Expression of interest should be sent to wvm_supplychain@wvi.org with subject: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING MATERIALS
The ITB will be sent through a sourcing event from COUPA- World Vision International procurement online system within 24hrs upon receipt of an email of expression of interest from the bidder. Expression of interest sent later than 30th June, 2026 will not be considered.
Proposal Submission Details
Submission of tenders should be on Friday the 03rd July, 2026 at 17:00hrs Lilongwe time. Bids must be sent through the: COUPA- World Vision International procurement online.
