Background
World Vision (WV) is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision started its operations in Malawi in 1982 and had over the years worked in a number of communities with an overall aim of improving the wel-being of children through development program approach
World Vision Malawi (WVM) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of the following item;
LOT #1 – Plastic Water Buckets

Submission Requirements:
- Certificate of Business Registration, Tax Registration Certificate and Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Proof of capability and previous experience in supplying similar items.
- Financial proposal including delivery timelines.
The prospective bidders should express their interest by sending the following:
- Name of company.
- Email to be used for sending the Invitation to bid document and
This should be sent to wwm_supplychain@wvi.org with subject: CHOLERA RESPONSE MATERIALS.
Bidders are at Liberty to apply for both Lots
The ITB will be sent through a sourcing event from COUPA- World Vision International procurement online system within 24hrs upon receipt of an email of expression of interest from the bidder. Expression of interest sent after not be sent later than 12th August, 2026 will not be considered.
Proposal Submission Details
Submission of tenders should be on or before Monday the 17 August 2026 at 15:00hrs Lilongwe time. Bids must be sent through the: COUPA-World Vision International procurement online.
