Airtel Malawi Plc, a leading mobile telecommunication company in Malawi, invites expression of interest for Pre-Qualification from eligible local suppliers of Goods and Services. Submissions are sought for categories listed below and those interested should submit their expression of interest for one or any combination of the categories. Suppliers and Contractors should show proof of adequacy in capacity to deliver the goods and services within the terms and conditions that shall be agreed between Airtel Malawi Plc and the vendor.

All interested vendors must supply all required information in support of their capacity to deliver the goods and services in their chosen lot. Please note that each Category should have its own application. At minimum, the vendor profile should include the following:

1. Copy of Business registration Certificate
2. Physical and postal address (To be verified during the vetting process)
3. Registration with CIRA for Lot 7
4. Copy of Tax Compliance Certificate and VAT registration certificate from Malawi Revenue Authority
5. Proof of Similar works/services carried out in the last 3 years (references and copies of purchase orders of at least 3 from previous contracts)
6. Detailed Business Profile including Key Staff.
7. Proof of working capital (bank statements, bank letters/references).

All applications in sealed envelopes shall be marked on top The Pre-Qualification “indicating the category being applied for and addressed to;
