Applications are invited from eligible, registered, and competent companies, suppliers, and service providers interested in being prequalified for the supply of goods and provision of services to the Organization for the 2026/2027 Financial Year across the following categories:

2. MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be considered for evaluation, interested applicants must submit copies of the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (MRA) and TPIN Registration Certificate
• Valid Local Authority / City Council Business License
• Detailed Company Profile outlining organisational structure, physical business address, and contact details
• Traceable References: Minimum of three (3) letters of reference or purchase orders/contracts from corporate clients for similar assignments within the last 24 months
• Financial Capability: Certified bank statements for the last six (6) months or audited accounts for the most recent financial year

3. SPECIALISED REQUIREMENTS (CATEGORY-SPECIFIC)

• Catering & Food Services: Must possess a valid Food License and Health & Safety Compliance Certificate from relevant government authorities, including health clearance for food handling staff.
• Pest Control & Fumigation Services: Must possess valid licenses/permits from relevant pesticides regulatory bodies and environmental health authorities for handling chemical substances.
• Insurance & Broking Services: Must be fully registered and licensed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM). Brokers must submit proof of Professional Indemnity Cover.
• Firefighting Equipment Services: Certification from the Fire Brigade for safety compliance.
• Motor Vehicle Garage Services: Technical trade certifications (e.g., City & Guilds /TEVET) for key technical staff and diagnostic equipment details.
• Civil / Electrical Works & Minor Works: Valid registration certificates with the National Construction Industry Council (NCIC).

Completed Prequalification Documents enclosed in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Category Code and Description, must be deposited in the Tender Box at the address below:
