CCAP Nkhoma Synod intends to develop a prequalified list of suppliers, Service Providers and contractors to be used for purpose of soliciting quotations in its various procurement needs such as goods, maintenance works and Services during 2026/2027 financial year.

The Synod invites sealed pre-qualification documents from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of goods and services and execution of works in the following and those interested can bid for one or any combination of the lots.

Interested suppliers of goods, service providers and contractors for maintenance must submit all the information required to prove that they are qualified to supply the said goods, services and execution of works.

Interested bidders must provide the following information:

1. A copy of business registration certificate
2. Current registration certificate PPDA and NCIC depending on procurement description
3. Detailed business profile including physical and registered address, telephone, email address and names of management Directors
4. A copy of MRA Tax Registration Certificate
5. A copy of MRA Tax Clearance Certificate
6. Banking details (attach Reference letter from the Bank.)
7. Documentary evidence of experience with reputable organisations for the past three years for relevant contracts performed (attach at least 3 Contracts executed satisfactorily.
8. Bank financial statement as at 31st December 2025
9. The completed prequalification documents clearly indicating the LOT Number, Procurement Reference number and Description, should be placed inside plain, sealed and separate envelopes(Each LOT MUST be submitted in a separate envelope) and the envelope clearly labelled and addressed to:
