PREQUALIFICATION OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR (2026-2029)

1. Castel Malawi Limited (comprising Castel Malawi Brewery Limited and Castel Distribution Limited) invites Expressions of Interest (EOl) from eligible and experienced consultants to provide building and construction consultancy and architectural services for the period 2026 to 2029

2. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information or request a complete set of prequalification documents (soft copy) in English, free of charge, by writing to the e-mail address indicated in Clause 5(a) below. Applicants are advised to read and fully understand the prequalification documents before preparing and submitting their applications.

3. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Prequalification of Building and construction consultants and architectural services for (2026- 2029)”, indicating the specific category applied for, and deposited in the tender box at the address indicated in Clause 5(b) below.

4. Any party requiring further clarification, particularly in relation to Annex 2, should submit their request in writing to the email address specified in Clause 5(a) below
