Warm Heart Guest House and Diana Conference Centre located in Area 27, Mchezi in Kanengo, Lilongwe, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Marketing and Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
- Promote the services of Warm Heart Guest House & Diana Conference Centre
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Utilize digital marketing platforms to increase visibility and bookings
- Manage and grow social media presence and online engagement
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or any related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital marketing
- Proven experience in social media marketing and internet-based marketing strategies
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in ICT and digital marketing tools/platforms
