Anglican Diocese of Southern Malawi is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to fill various positions at Mindanti. Mindanti Health Centre is a Christian health institution located in lower shire, Chapananga, Chikwawa, Malawi. The clinic is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare services to the community. To strengthen our team and enhance service delivery, applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Malawian candidates to fill various vacant positions.
Laboratory Personnel (Technician Grade K and Lab Assistants Grade L)
Duties:
- Sample processing
- Operating equipment (bench work)
- Checking results
- Chemical/reagent inventory management
Qualification:
- Diploma (Technician) or Certificate (Lab Assistants) in Biomedical Science/Laboratory Technology
- Registered with the Medical Council of Malawi
General Attributes
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chichewa
- Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support and work within a Christian institutional environment
