ACCOUNTS CLERK (STORE)
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experiencein accounting, bookkeeping, or finance within a retail or commercial environment.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, financial record management, and supplier account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with ERP system experience being an added advantage.
- Ability to process invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, and generate routine financial reports accurately.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
CHIEF CASHIER
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experiencein cash office operations, retail accounting, or as a Cashier/Chief Cashier in a supermarket or FMCG environment.
- Good knowledge of cash management procedures, point-of-sale (POS) systems, daily cash reconciliation, banking processes, and internal cash controls.
- Ability to supervise cashiers, manage daily cash office operations, reconcile tills, prepare banking schedules, and ensure accurate cash reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve cash variances promptly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail accounting systems, with ERP system experience being an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train, guide, and supervise Cashiers effectively.
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
BUTCHERY ASSISTANT
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Certificate in Food Production, Meat Processing, Hospitality, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experiencein a butchery, supermarket, abattoir, or meat processing environment.
- Good knowledge of meat cutting, trimming, portioning, packaging, merchandising, and display techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper handling, storage, and preservation of meat products.
- Ability to operate butchery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers with product selection and special requests.
- Physically fit with the ability to work in cold environments and lift heavy products when required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
