REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

PROCUREMENT OF A DIGITAL MIXER

  1. ST. Columba, a church under the Blantyre Synod of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP), intends to procure a digital mixer.
  2. Columba CCAP church now invites priced Quotations from registered and interested suppliers for the supply of a digital mixer, as follows (any model, and models listed in the order of preference):

  1. Bidding for the supply of a digital mixer shall be conducted in accordance with Request for Quotation procedures.
  2. A complete set of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents shall be acquired upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000 (Ten Thousand Kwacha) in cash or bank transfer. The RFQ documents may be collected from the Administration Office, St. Columba, Soche, Blantyre from 08:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs from Monday May 5th to Friday May 16th, 2025.
  3. Priced Quotations clearly marked “Procurement of a Digital Mixer” must be deposited in the tender box in the Administration Office, St. Columba, Soche, Blantyre at or before 16:30 hrs local time on Friday, May 16th, 2025. Late submissions shall be rejected.
  4. Columba CCAP Church is not in any way bound to accept the lowest or any submission, but reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and cancel the procurement proceedings at any stage.
