Qualifications
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, preferably within a busy educational institution serving children with diverse needs
- Age: 30–40 years and physically fit
- Must possess an MSCE Certificate and a recognized Certificate in Child Care.
- Montessori training and experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent ability to connect and communicate with children under the age of 5
- Must be a born-again Christian
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and implement engaging activities and curriculum for under-5s to explore
and learn - Develop daily routines that balance physical activity, rest, and play
- Create and deliver interactive lesson plans, fostering positive peer relationships
- Manage classroom materials and ensure all resources are used appropriately
- Establish and enforce consistent behavior guidelines
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and spiritually uplifting learning environment.
