PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF THE FOLLOWING: STATIONERY, FOOD STUFFS, TRAINING MATERIALS, FIREWOOD, SECURITY SERVICES AND CLEANING SERVICES

1. Salima Technical College invites eligible suppliers to submit their applications to be considered for the provision of goods and services for a period of 12 months (1st April, 2026 to 31st March, 2027)
2. Interested suppliers may obtain complete bidding documents from the Secretary for Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee at Salima Technical College, at a non-refundable fee of K20, 000.00 per copy. A set of Completed Bidding documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marking pre-qualification category and lot {Indicate the category and lot being applied for} to the IPDC Chairperson, Salima Technical College, P.O. Box 175, Salima.

3. Completed Bidding documents shall be deposited in a Tender Box placed at the reception of Salima Technical College, Lake Shore Campus on or before 20th March, 2026 at 14:00 hours.
Late submitted bids shall not be accepted. Bid documents shall be opened at 14:00 hours on 20th March, 2026 in the presence of the suppliers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Staff Room at Salima Technical College.
