As part of our mission to drive business growth, we are thrilled to partner with a leading poultry company expanding its operations with new offices in Lilongwe. To support this expansion, we are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their team. If you’re aged 18-35, passionate about sales, and eager to be part of a growing enterprise, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in Lilongwe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, and market vendors.
- Promote and sell a range of poultry inputs and products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage order fulfillment.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sales, those with experience in the food or agricultural industry will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of poultry production.
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Fluency in Chichewa and English.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- University graduate
