VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

PENSION ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Vanguard Pension Services Company Limited (VPSC), a subsidiary of Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Pension Administration Officer.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Assistant Manager — Pension Administration. The incumbent is responsible for data management, ensuring all schemes are correctly loaded, billed, and reconciled monthly by the 15th.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Manage allocation of monthly pension contributions.
  2. Assist in processing membership certificates.
  3. Recover outstanding debts and prepare debtors’ aged analysis.
  4. Onboard new schemes.
  5. Handle customer complaints.
  6. Perform monthly data reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES

  1. A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting/Economics/Statistics/Business Admin or CII Diploma.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Pension Administration Systems.
  4. Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
