Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualification and attributes:

Diploma in a relevant field

3 years’ work experience in laboratory work
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Implementing standard operating procedures including laboratory rules and regulations
-
Maintaining, repairing, and cleaning laboratory equipment and accessories
-
Conducting or supporting demonstrations during laboratory sessions
-
Supporting and orienting laboratory users on procedures, rules and regulations of the laboratory
-
Maintaining inventory of all laboratory resources
-
Implementing occupational, health and safety systems in the laboratory
-
Supporting academic research and outreach services
-
Documenting and archiving results of laboratory analyses.
