Central Poultry 2000 Limited (CPL) is searching for well qualified Malawians to fill the position of an HR Officer.

We need HR knowledge and skills like communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

  • He/She need to be adept at managing employees, understanding HR laws.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to interact with a range of people ( including various managers) and business partners.
  • He/She also need to able to easily build and maintain employee relations, negotiate and mediate certain matters.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Diploma/Advanced diploma in HR Management, Administration or Accounting.

Experience

  • 4 Years proven minimum experience.
