St. Andrews CCAP Mission Secondary School
St. Andrews CCAP Mission Secondary School is pleased to announce the expansion of its educational mission with the opening of a new campus along the Mulanje Mission Hospital Road in Mulanje. Effective September 2025, the current campus will be designated as St. Andrews Girls Mission Secondary School, while the new facility will operate as St. Andrews Boys Mission Secondary School.
This development reflects our commitment to providing quality, gender-responsive education in a conducive and focused learning environment.
In light of this expansion, St. Andrews CCAP Mission Secondary School invites suitably qualified, committed, and God-fearing individuals to apply for various vacant positions across both campuses. These positions are critical to ensuring the successful launch and operation of the new boys’ school, as well as the continued excellence of the girls’ school.
Detailed descriptions of the available positions and application procedures are outlined below.
Ground Labourer
Qualification: Applicants must be in possession of a Junior Certificate of Education or Malawi School Certificate of Education
Duties:
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds.
- Remove weeds, fallen leaves, and other debris from school grounds.
- Sweep and clean pathways, courtyards, playgrounds, and assembly areas.
- Empty outdoor trash bins and dispose of litter appropriately.
- Assist with basic maintenance of outdoor structures such as fences, benches, and gates.
- Report major repair needs to the supervisor.
- Watering lawns, young trees, and flowers regularly.
- Ensure proper functioning of hoses, sprinklers and lawn mower.
- Clear mud, or water from pathways to ensure student and staff safety.
