Beit CURE Children’s Hospital of Malawi, is a not-for-profit private hospital specialized i orthopedic services, situated in the southern region of Malawi. The Hospital is part of a networ of hospitals under the umbrella of Cure International Hospital. It opened its doors in 2002 targeting children under the age of 18 years who suffer from congenital or acquired disabilitie that are treatable through surgical and rehabilitative interventions. These services are offere at no cost to the children’s families.

- Physical Address of the Company
- Registration/Incorporation certificate
- PPDA Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- If Possible Tax Withholding Certificate
- Declaration that the company is not insolvence/Child Protection
- Financial Statement/Bank Statements for Last three months
- Valid MRA Certificate (for Medicines, Medical Oxygen and Laboratory Materials)
- Banking details
- Evidence of at least tree (3) references /Contracts/LPO
The Procuring entity will conduct a physical verification exercise to all suppliers.

All submissions must be sealed in envelopes clearly Marked- PRE QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS SUPPLIERS OF GOODS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR OF 2026 TO 2027 AND LOT NUMBER
- Each envelope must indicate the category and Lot Number applied to
- Submit to tender box located at the Reception of Beit Cure Childrens Hospital or send to below address
- All applications should be submitted by dropping the documents in the bidding box located at the Reception of Beit CURE Children’s Hospital of Malawi or sent electronically via email to procurement.malawi@cureinternational.org.
