Execute customer service policies and procedures including call-scripts, performance monitoring and team schedules.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Manage large amounts of welcoming calls to new customers
-
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
-
Work with customer service coordinator to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
-
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in faced-paced environments, strong critical thinking skills, and a keen attention to detail. Candidates who fit the following criteria are strongly encouraged to apply:

Lilongwe resident.

MSCE Certificate (good Mathematics & English results).

Diploma preferred.
-
Proficiency in Chilambya required.

Proficiency/comprehension in one or more of the following languages is a plus:
