CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE OFFICER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate; a diploma or certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Must have an accounting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
