We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team.
BID AND CONTRACT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and monitor tender and bid opportunities from public and private organizations.
- Prepare, compile and submit bid documents within specified deadlines.
- Review tender requirements to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information for bid submissions.
- Ensure all bid documentation is complete, accurate and professionally presented.
- Maintain records of submitted bids and tender outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and procurement entities.
- Monitor contract awards and provide updates to management.
- Follow up on awarded contracts, ensuring execution, compliance and timely delivery in line with agreed terms.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in bid management, procurement, tendering or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
