ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS STUDIES TEACHER
Job Outline
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for accountancy and commerce subjects.
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in a classroom setting.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Provide support and guidance to students on academic and career-related matters.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the fields of accountancy and commerce.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance educational programs and curricula.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and field trips related to commerce.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of students’ academic progress.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching in an International School up to A’Levels.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities related to commercial subjects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Accounting, Commerce or closely related subject.
- Teaching certification or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in accountancy or commerce subjects is preferred.
