INVITATION TO TENDER/REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
Mzuzu City Council with funds from Government invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers with valid PPDA Certificate for the procurement of the following goods:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the national bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is Open to all bidders from eligible source.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon a non-refundable fee of MK 30,000.00. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Mzuzu City Council procurement office and inspect the bidding documents from Friday 31st July, 7:30 AM.
Bids must be delivered at Muzu City Council, Civic Office at or before Tuesday 18th August, 2026 at 14:00 PM. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below 6(a) at 14:00PM, Tuesday, 18th August, 2026.
