INVITATION TO TENDER/ADVERT FOR CANTEEN SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: PROVISION OF CANTEEN SERVICES FOR LILONGWE OFFICE
Barloworld Equipment invites suitably qualified and experienced catering service providers to submit proposals for the provision and management of canteen services at our premises located in Alimaunde Area 28, LILONGWE.
Scope of Services
The successful service provider will be required to:
- Provide daily lunch and snack services to employees.
- Offer a variety of nutritious and affordable meals.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage canteen operations, including staffing, food preparation, and cleaning.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders should submit:
- Company profile and business registration documents.
- Valid tax clearance certificate.
- Director’s ID
- Relevant licenses and permits for food handling and catering services.
- Evidence of experience providing similar services.
- At least three references from current or previous clients.
- Proposed menu and pricing structure.

Interested service providers should submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Proposal for Canteen Services” to:
