1. Nsanje District Council (NEDC) has budgeted public funds in the financial 2026-27 to be used for procurement of goods, works and services referenced below.
2. The Chairperson Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee of Nsanje District Council now invites sealed bids from Qualified eligible bidders for goods, works and services as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding (NCB). Procedures specified in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi. Bidding is open to all interested and eligible bidders
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address shown in 7(a) below from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
5. (a) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English for Lot 1 to 13 is available for purchase by interested bidders at address below on 7 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Kwacha) to the Cash Office at Nsanje Boma from Thursday 10t September, 2026. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque.
(b) A free complete set of Bidding Documents in English for Lot 14 to 18 is available for collection by interested bidders at address below on 7 (b) and upon request by Email Between 10t and 16″h September, 2026..
6. All interested eligible bidders are encouraged to participate in the Mandatory Pre-bid Site to be held as follows:

7. Bids clearly marked; “Tender for Various Works, Goods & Services RCDF PHASE 2 projects for Nsanje District Council must be delivered to the address shown at 7 (b) below AS follows:
LOT 1 – 13 at or before 10.00 hours (10.00am Local time) on Monday 5th October, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address shown at 7 (b) below on Monday 5th October, 2026 at 10:00 hours.
LOT 14 – 18 (RfQ’s) at or before 10.00 hours (10.00am Local time) on Wednesday 16th September, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address shown at 7 (b) below on Wednesday 16t September, 2026 at 10:00 hours.
