Engagement of Service Provider(s) for “Printing of STEP UP’s IEC Products (IEC materials)”

The German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) commissioned the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to implement the Programme “Bilateral project ” Support to the transition of Agri-Food Systems – Empowering Pathways Bottom Up.

GIZ’s STEP UP! would like to publicly invite potential authorized printing companies for printing of the projects IEC materials, which include, posters, garments, banners, branded notepads and others listed in the attached documents.

Tenders are being invited from potential service provider(s) for the printing of STEP UP!’s IEC materials.

Potential service provider(s) can obtain copies of the Invitation to Tender, Specifications and Tender Conditions for this assignment by email upon request to: ProcurementMW@giz.de. For all Inquiries or Clarifications, please send in writing only to the above email address.

Bidders must provide proof of their capability to deliver the respective job assignments by submitting their company profile and at least three references of similar work and volume executed in the last 3 years.

The complete bidding documents shall include a Detailed Quotation, Company Profile submitted in electronic form and printed samples in sealed and labelled envelopes should be submitted/delivered at.

GIZ Country Office reception, Area 10, Plot 319 (Mtendere Drive), Lilongwe by 2pm, Tuesday 11th August 2026.

Further instructions in the tender documents, failure to comply with any of the tender rules shall also lead to disqualification.
