INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM

Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) is a local NGO providing Youth Friendly Sexual and Reproductive Health services in Malawi. FPAM is registered under Trustees Incorporation Act as Family Planning Association of Malawi and launched on 25th September, 1999.

FPAM would like to invite bids from reputable firms who have the capacity to provide vehicle tracking system.
A comprehensive set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from FPAM, subject to the payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00. The fee should be deposited using the following banking details:

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Office at
FPAM House, Area 10 Plot Number 447, Lilongwe starting from 8.00 – 16.00hrs local time (Monday to Friday). From 27th May 2026 to 3rd June 2026

2. The deadline for submission of bids is 01:00 PM on Tuesday 9th June 2026, bids received after deadline will not be considered.

3. Bids will be opened in public on Tuesday 9th June 2026 (2:00 PM) at Family Planning Association of Malawi, FPAM House, Plot # 447. Area 10. Lilongwe.
