3. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding (NCB). Procedures specified in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi. Bidding is open to all interested and eligible bidders

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address shown in 7(a) below from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English is available for purchase by interested bidders at address below on 7 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Kwacha) to the Cash Office at Nsanje Boma from 3rd August 2026. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque.
