1. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
SteeCon Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible, experienced, and financially stable quarry stone, quarry dust, sand and transportation suppliers for the provision of comprehensive supply and delivery of the materials to SteeCon LTD premises in Kanengo, near Nankhaka bridge.
The objective of this tender is to select a reliable primary supplying partner capable of ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of quarry stone, quarry dust and sand.
2. SCOPE OF WORK (SoW) AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
The successful Bidder will be responsible for the end-to-end timely supply and delivery of quarry stone, quarry dust and sand upon request.
Product Specifications and Mandatory Handling Requirements
Quarry Stone, Quarry Dust and Sand.
Mandatory: Transport in fully side closed trucks. Strict measures must be observed to prevent bag spilling on the way.
3. CONTRACT DURATION
The initial contract period will be for 6months, commencing on 1 October 2026. SteeCon Limited reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional 6 months based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
